The ARC Centre of Excellence for Coherent X-ray Science (CXS) Top-Up Scholarship and Travel Awards are available to CXS members who are studying at one of the CXS partner institutions:
- The University of Melbourne
- La Trobe University
- Swinburne University of Technology
- Monash University
- Griffith University
- CSIRO
CXS Top-Up Scholarship
One CXS Top-Up Scholarship is available per year to a high quality student who is a CXS member currently receiving a scholarship from their university and can demonstrate via their application that they are taking steps to further their career. Submission will be assessed on the criteria set out below:
- The quality and relevance of the students work
- The alignment of the students work to CXS research and mission
- The quality and prospects of the student: course marks, papers, presentations, publications etc.
Please submit your application form, Academic transcript and any other supporting documentation by close date 12 July 2011.
CXS Travel Award
The CXS Travel Award is offered to assist students who have undertaken to present at a national or international conference‚ conduct research or‚ in some cases‚ to promote CXS activities and facilitate workshops.
All Scholarship and Award Applications are administered by CXS and are offered throughout the year.
